Firearm Retail Sales Associate
We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Firearm Retail Sales Associate.
As a key member of our retail staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while promoting and selling firearms and related accessories. You will assist customers in selecting the right firearms for their needs, educate them on safe and responsible gun ownership, and process sales transactions in compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. Additionally, you will maintain the store's inventory, keep the display area organized, and ensure a clean and safe shopping environment.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of firearms, excellent communication skills, and a passion for serving our customers. Previous retail sales experience and knowledge of relevant laws and regulations are preferred.

Hourly position: $16.11/hour, PLUS 1.5% sales commission (Hourly rate plus commission averaged $21.22 – $23.02/hour over the last 12 months.)
Range Safety Officer
As a Range Safety Officer, you will monitor range use for safe and efficient use, provide customer service using a point-of-sale system, and maintain a safe and positive environment for employees and guests alike. Additionally, you will keep the range area clean and organized, and help maintain rental firearms and safety equipment.
Experience with firearms is a plus but not required – we will train motivated and personable applicants!
Hourly position: $17.58/hour, PLUS 1.5% sales commission (Hourly rate plus commission averaged $19.48/hour over the last 12 months.)
All employees receive:
Paid sick leave – 1 hour/40 hours worked and WA Paid Family Medical Leave.
Holiday pay – If employee would normally be scheduled to work that day.
Employee discount on purchases – Most items are available to employees at cost plus 3-5%.
Full time employees also receive:
Paid Time Off/Vacation – 40 hours/year accrued on anniversary date of employment.
